Villa Am See – Swiss villa of James Bond
High in the Swiss Alps above Lake Lucerne, the architectural studio Ungertreina built a spacious house with the actual “concrete” aesthetic, which is surrounded by spectacular views of water and mountains, just amazing.
Villa Am See is a dynamic sculptural exterior and consists of three residential blocks, each of which has its own independent layout and functionality. Housing home alternates impermeable concrete walls and large glass facades, opening up fantastic views of the surrounding landscape.
The glass door entrance, located next to the massive iron gates of the garage leads into the corridor, which directs newcomer to the elevator and transitions into three “boxes”, asymmetrically connected to each other.
Interior Design at home as if it is integrated into the surrounding landscape. Furniture and elements of the internal architecture of the space is just as ambitious and concise, as the reliefs panoramas viewed from every window of the building.
Minimalist basin seamlessly with views of the lake, concrete walls and lighting create the atmosphere of the mountain tunnel and room living room and bedroom are combined with the mountain landscape through spacious glass. Living space formed the modern, stylish and minimalist furnishings, filled with non-trivial elements and details.
Spacious garage, located on the first level placed retro-collection vehicles belonging to the owner of the villa. In this conceptual space designers have created an atmosphere of the James Bond films.
